  • 1 cup cottage cheese full-fat or low-fat
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder optional
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder optional
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Add the cottage cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning to a blender.
  3. Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
