- ½ cup 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup lemon pie filling or lemon curd
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the melted butter in the bottom of a 9x9-inch baking dish.
