Peanut Butter Brownies Recipe

Ingredients
  

For the Brownie Batter:

  • 1/2 cup 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

For the Peanut Butter Swirl:

  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat & Prep: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  • Mix Wet Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Add Dry Ingredients: Sift in the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Stir gently until just combined.
  • Prepare Peanut Butter Swirl: In a small bowl, mix the peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  • Assemble: Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan. Drop spoonfuls of the peanut butter mixture on top and use a knife to swirl it into the batter.
  • Bake: Bake for 28-32 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Cool & Serve: Allow the brownies to cool before slicing. Enjoy!
