Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
If desired, sprinkle panko breadcrumbs over the top for added crunch.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Optional: Turn the broiler on high for the last 2-3 minutes to create a golden, bubbly crust.
Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
