Melt In Your Mouth Chicken Breast Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt for a lighter option
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs optional, for a crunchy topping
  • Fresh parsley chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
  • If desired, sprinkle panko breadcrumbs over the top for added crunch.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • Optional: Turn the broiler on high for the last 2-3 minutes to create a golden, bubbly crust.
  • Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
