8oz225g fettuccine or pasta of choice

Instructions
Prepare the Chicken:In a medium bowl, season the chicken pieces with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken bites and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from skillet and set aside.In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and stir in the minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Return the chicken to the skillet, toss to coat in the garlic butter, then remove from heat and keep warm.
Cook the Pasta:Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted boiling water. Reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta cooking water before draining.
Combine and Serve:Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss until fully coated.Plate the pasta and top with the garlic butter chicken bites.Garnish with additional Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
