Easy Buffalo Chicken Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast or rotisserie chicken
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 celery stalk finely chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion finely chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt or to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon green onions sliced
  • Optional: Crumbled blue cheese or ranch dressing for topping

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, and buffalo sauce. Stir until the chicken is evenly coated.
  • Add the celery, red onion, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to incorporate all the flavors.
  • Stir in the fresh parsley and green onions for an extra pop of freshness.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  • Serve immediately, or refrigerate for at least 30 minutes for the flavors to meld together.
  • Enjoy on its own, in a wrap, on a sandwich, or over a fresh green salad.
