Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries plus more for topping
  • 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  • In a jar or airtight container, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, cocoa powder, and sea salt. Stir to mix the dry ingredients evenly.
  • Add the maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Stir well until all ingredients are fully combined.
  • Gently fold in the fresh raspberries and dark chocolate chips.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4-6 hours, to allow the oats to soften and absorb the flavors.
  • In the morning, give the oats a good stir and add additional almond milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.
  • Top with more raspberries and a sprinkle of dark chocolate before serving. Enjoy chilled!
