For the Blondie Batter:
- 1 cup 2 sticks unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar packed
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
For the Cinnamon Swirl:
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
Preheat & Prepare: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
