Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium-sized chicken breasts diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder or 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt adjust to taste
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese or cheese of choice
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup garlic aioli or your favorite garlic sauce
  • 1 cup fresh spinach or arugula

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Chicken:
    Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken and season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and slightly golden.
  • Assemble the Wraps:
    Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread 2-3 tablespoons of garlic aioli or sauce evenly over the surface.
    Add a handful of fresh spinach or arugula, then top with a quarter of the cooked chicken. Sprinkle with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  • Cook the Wraps:
    Roll the tortilla tightly into a wrap. Heat a non-stick pan or grill over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, pressing gently, until the tortillas are golden and the cheese has melted.
  • Serve:
    Slice the wraps in half and serve warm. Pair with a side of salad, soup, or roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
