Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or your preferred cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  • Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan, making sure they are evenly distributed in the flour mixture.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, and eggs until well combined.
  • Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack. Slice and enjoy!
