Ingredients
  

  • 4 large flour tortillas whole wheat or spinach wraps work great!
  • 8 slices smoked turkey breast
  • 4 slices crispy cooked bacon
  • 1 large avocado sliced
  • 1 cup romaine or butter lettuce chopped
  • 1 medium tomato thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese or Monterey Jack
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt for a lighter option
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. This will be your flavorful spread.
  • Lay out each tortilla and spread an even layer of the mayo mixture over the surface.
  • Layer on two slices of turkey per wrap, followed by a slice of crispy bacon.
  • Add a few slices of avocado, chopped lettuce, and thinly sliced tomato.
  • Sprinkle with shredded cheese and a pinch of salt and pepper for extra flavor.
  • Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it tightly into a wrap.
  • Slice in half diagonally and serve immediately or wrap in foil for later enjoyment!
