- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon dried lemon zest optional, for brightness
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
